BioBalance Operational Adjustments

(Community Quarantine in Metro Manila)

With the government’s declaration of community quarantine in the entire Metro Manila, we expect that the ongoing restrictions will affect the availability of local delivery providers that may cause delays in product deliveries. Likewise, this may also affect the transport of biological samples to our international partner laboratory.

In the midst of these changing and unpredictable situation, we will be implementing the following operational adjustments effective March 16, Monday:

  1. All testing will be temporarily on-hold until the situation becomes more stable.

  3. We will continue to accept and to process product orders made through our website or hotline number 0917.521.4860. However, we ask for your patience should there be delays in the deliveries due to the limited number of available local couriers.

The evolution of events remains dynamic but rest assured that we will keep abreast on any updates and will make the necessary adjustments accordingly with your best interest in mind.
